WSEE (Welsh Science Education Exchange) is a Wales-based, teacher-led organisation dedicated to strengthening science education across Wales. We connect science teachers with each other, and connect learners with specialist science support.

What we do

• Network — a community for science educators to collaborate, share resources, and support one another.
• Mentoring — pairing experienced teachers with those newer to the profession.
• Tutoring — matching learners with specialist science tutors.
• Science Clinics — subject-specific sessions run by experienced teachers.
• Resources — a marketplace of teaching materials created by practising teachers, for practising teachers.

Our approach

Everything we do is teacher-led and science-specialist. We believe the people best placed to support science teaching in Wales are science teachers themselves.
